Measure the biotic and abiotic components of grassland and forest, and learn how scientists compare natural communities.

Explore the super powers of birds of prey and learn how they survive in the wild. Meet a live bird of prey.  This is an indoor program.  A

What owl is making that noise? Learn about the unique adaptations of these nocturnal animals. Meet a live owl.  This is an indoor program.

Explore a gravel pit and a mature forest, and observe how plant and animal communities change over time.

Stream Ecology
FALL & SPRING, 2 HRS
Wade into a stream, search for its residents, and measure the water chemistry. Conduct an experiment to measure flow rate and observe how a contaminate might drift.
