Get away from it all without going far away...

Enjoy a stroll or a hike in the early evening Wednesday-Sunday with KNC twilight hours! Grounds open until dusk.

Visit the Butterfly House and the Barn!

Butterfly House opens June 21 and the Barn is open now on weekends, Saturdays 10am-4pm, Sunday 1-4pm and starting in June Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-4pm and Sunday from 1-4pm

We are challenging your family, friends, and neighbors to make green changes at home that will reduce impacts on the environment. A weekend at the Indiana Dunes Environmental Learning Center, we’ll sleep in cabins, eat our meals family style in the dining hall and enjoy learning about the dunes as we explore our surroundings. Perfect getaway for families!
