About the Cooper's Glen Auditorium

The CGA Seats:

Theatre style: 150 guests

Sit down reception: 85 guests

A multi-functional room with a view facing the Beech-Maple forest, the Cooper's Glen Auditorium can be set up audience style (seating up to 165), or classroom or banquet style (up to 85). For business meetings, the room features acoustic enhancements and an integrated media system. Exterior doors in the auditorium lead out to the beautiful Vista Deck. Rental Rates

$500/ for up to 4 hours

$900/ for up to 8 hours

after hours add $125/ hour*

*After hours fee is a per hour fee, in addition to the rental charge, for every hour past 5:00 p.m. The Interpretive Center closes at 5:00 p.m. daily. The gates to the grounds close at 6:00 p.m. daily. Facilities are available for evening events until 10:00 p.m. All rentals require membership to KNC, a non-refundable 20% down payment and a refundable $500 damage deposit to hold your reservation.

Set-up of tables (6 ft. rectangle) and chairs is available inside Interpretive Center only. Multi-media AV equipment and a portable podium are available for additional rental fee. Please make arrangements in advance for set-up.
