Members Room 

 

A cozy retreat for meetings of up to 25 people the Member’s Room is ideal for smaller groups.  Comfortable chairs surround the conference style table setting.  A view of Cooper’s Glen and wildlife feeding stations is seen through floor to ceiling windows. For more information contact the rental coordinator.

 
Rental Rates Minimize
$225/ for up to 4 hours
$405/ for upt to 8 hours

After hours add $125/hour
 
*After hours fee is a per hour fee, in addition to the rental charge, for every hour past 5:00 p.m. The Interpretive Center closes at 5:00 p.m. daily.  The gates to the grounds close at 6:00 p.m. daily.  Facilities are available for evening events until 10:00 p.m. All rentals require membership to KNC, a non-refundable 20% down payment and a refundable $500 damage deposit to hold your reservation.

 

Set-up of tables (6 ft. rectangle) and chairs is available inside Interpretive Center only.  Multi-media AV equipment and a portable podium are available for additional rental fee.  Please make arrangements in advance for set-up.
